Feed Information
Available feeds and feeding schedule

We provide all horses with an appropriate feed for their age, size and activity level. This is usually split into a morning and evening feed but can be split into three to include a lunchtime feed as well.
Feeding times are between 8-9am and 5-6pm with lunch given between 12noon and 1pm. If you are riding at this time your feed will be left for you to give when it is convenient.

Please do not help yourself to feed, if you are worried about the amounts or type of feed your horse is getting just let us know. We will discuss the feeding requirements on your arrival.
All tracks and permanently occupied paddocks have hay available 24/7, with limited grazing possible during some times of the year.
We do have to limit access to grazing paddocks in order to protect the land and ensure future improvements in grazing quality.

We have the following brands of feed available. The listed varieties are what we use regularly, these cover the majority of requirements, but we can also order other varieties from these brands.

BASIC FEED AND HAY IS INCLUDED IN THE LIVERY PRICE.

Supplements must be provided by the owner, clearly labelled with horse name and feeding instructions.

If you prefer to supply your own feed, we charge 0.50EUR per day for feeding.
